PURPOSE AND LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA

(i) URBANO DE ARRASATE will process the personal data you provide, and those generated as a result of processing your queries, complaints, suggestions, notification of lost property and requests for information, in order to manage and attend to said queries, complaints, suggestions, notifications and information requests.

The legal grounds for processing your data is the consent you give on submitting your query, complaint, suggestion or information request.

(ii) In addition, URBANO DE ARRASATE will process the personal data provided on the form found in the “Job vacancies” section, those included in the CV when submitted to the company, and those that may be obtained during recruitment processes, for the purposes of managing your application for a vacancy at URBANO DE ARRASATE.

The lawful grounds for this processing is your request for the application of preliminary measures on submitting your candidacy for a vacancy at URBANO DE ARRASATE.

AVANZA analyses the users needs, tastes and preferences in order to show them advertising according to a commercial profile drawn up based on the information obtained by means of the continuous observation of your browsing habits. AVANZA uses cookies to do this. In this respect, the user is informed that the processing of their personal data obtained through said cookies will be carried out according to the stipulations of our Cookies Policy and of this Privacy Policy.

For its part, AVANZA will retain your personal data for the periods indicated in our Cookies Policy.

After said periods of time, the personal data will be stored, duly blocked, for the time required to fulfil the legal obligations to which URBANO DE ARRASATE and AVANZA could be subject and to attend to potential liabilities arising from the processing and only during their statute of limitations.

RECIPIENTS: URBANO DE ARRASATE will disclose your personal data processed for purpose (i) to the competent administrative bodies or to other companies in the Grupo Avanza when so doing is required to manage and process your query, complaint, suggestion, notification or information request.

In addition, URBANO DE ARRASATE can disclose your data processed for purpose (ii) to other companies in the Grupo Avanza that may have a job vacancy suited to your profile for the purpose explained above; and MICROSOFT CORPORATION, with its address in the United States, for the services of Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Windows Azure (MOS). The United States has not been declared as a country that offers an adequate level of data protection, however, the Spanish Data Protection Agency has considered the guarantees offered by MICROSOFT CORPORATION to be sufficient and has authorised the international transfer in dossier no. TI-00032-2014.

For their part, the data collected from the use of cookies can be accessed and used by third parties as indicated in our Cookies Policy.

RIGHTS: You can, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restricted processing and portability of your personal data, in the legally envisaged terms, by writing to the postal address or email  indicated above and enclosing a photocopy of your Spanish ID document or of your official proof of identity.
